Experience Design
Product strategy, wireframes, interface systems, and polished UX for complex workflows.
Design that clarifies decisions, not just decorates screens.
Product design at Qbits starts with the decisions the user is trying to make and works backward from there. Wireframes cover the actual flow — including error states, empty states, and the ugly edge cases that get skipped in demo screens — before any visual polish. High-fidelity design happens once the flow is validated, not before, so hours are not spent perfecting a screen that changes fundamentally in review.
Design decisions are documented with the reasoning, not just the final pixels, so future changes stay coherent.

A component library your engineering team can actually adopt.
Design systems are delivered in Figma with tokens, components, and variants that map 1:1 to the code implementation — usually shadcn/ui, Radix, or a custom React library. Documentation covers when to use each component, not just what it looks like. Handoff to engineering happens continuously through the project so implementation drift is caught in days, not sprints.
Design and engineering usually run in parallel so the handoff pipeline is always warm.
